On 17th August, 2017 Strabag signed a design and built contract for the reconstruction of the Waste Water Treatment Plant in Gardabani.

The contract was awarded to Strabag Water Technologies in cooperation with STRABAG International GmbH.
The project is located in Gardabani. The contract will include the reconstruction of the Waste Water Treatment Plant and development of a SCADA system for control and monitoring of the reconstructed plant operation. The reconstruction of the WWTP will include design, construction and commissioning of the following WWTP units:

  • Coarse Screen Stage and Fine Screen Stage
  • Grit Chamber
  • Primary Sedimentation
  • Primary Sludge Pump Station
  • Sludge Stabilization & Stabilized Sludge Machinery Station
  • Chemical Dosing Station
  • Included all required Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Works & SCADA

SALONIX-TEH company signed contract with STRABAG AG company in conditions as a SUBCONTRACTOR for Electrical, Automation and SCADA works for Reconstruction of WWTP Gardabani. Contract includes the following works:

  1. Design works:
    • Medium voltage electrical equipment design
    • Low voltage electrical equipment design
    • SCADA design
    • Weak currents design
  2. Electrical panels manufacturing
  3. Mounting works
    • Medium voltage equipment mounting works
    • Low voltage equipment mounting works (including exterior/interior cable trays, electrical panels mounting and connections, exterior/interior illumination, lightining and earthing system)
    • Weak currents mounting works (including video security system, fire detection system, telephone system)
    • Instrumentation equipment mounting works
  4. SCADA and PLC soft elaboration and implementation
  5. Testing and commisioning works
  6. Personnel training
